Our littlest athletes, ages 18 months to 3 years, get their first taste of gymnastics magic in our toddler program. With parent/adult participation, these classes focus on basic motor skills, following directions, and having a blast while building confidence on age-appropriate equipment.

Designed for ages 3–5, our preschool classes introduce fundamental gymnastics skills through fun games and structured activities, helping kids build balance, coordination, independence, and social skills while learning basic tumbling movements.

Developmental gymnastics and tumbling training is a progressive program designed to build essential skills through basic to advanced tumbling. Kindergarten through 5th grade students utilize all gymnastics equipment, while 6th through 12th grade students focus on building strength, flexibility, and tumbling skills through floor exercises, trampoline work, and the tumble trac as they prepare to advance to the next level.

Our boys-only tumbling and trampoline program helps athletes build strength, coordination, confidence, and body control through progressive instruction in a fun, supportive environment.

Competitive training teams at East Texas Twisters include our all-star cheerleading program. Athletes train in stunting, tumbling, and choreography for local and regional competitions while building discipline, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Serious gymnasts who demonstrate exceptional skill and dedication can join our competitive team program, where they train multiple times each week and compete in meets while working to advance their skills and performance.

Our private lessons provide one-on-one instruction tailored to each athlete’s goals and skill level, giving them the focused attention and customized training they need to perfect specific skills or progress more quickly.

Birthday parties and group celebrations become unforgettable experiences at East Texas Twisters. Our facility transforms into the perfect party venue with supervised activities, games, and gymnastics fun that'll have everyone talking long after the event ends.

When school's out, the fun ramps up with our action-packed summer camps. Our two-hour camps keep kids active and engaged with gymnastics training, games, crafts, and new friendships that last well beyond the summer months.
