Since 1979, East Texas Twisters has been helping kids flip, tumble, and soar while building confidence and lasting friendships. Our family-owned gym offers affordable programs, including multi-class and multi-student family discounts, along with CPR-certified coaches who genuinely care about each student’s progress. With convenient locations and a low student-to-coach ratio, every child gets the individual attention they deserve.
Beyond regular classes, we create special experiences that kids absolutely love, including open gym sessions, Parents’ Night Out events, and fun-filled birthday parties. Developmental Gymnastics and Tumbling Training: Classes include basic to advanced tumbling skills, trampoline, balance beam, uneven bars, and vaulting.
Competitive Training Teams: East Texas Twisters offers an All-Star Cheerleading Competitive Program and Gym-Starz Competitive Gymnastics Teams.
Special Events: Each month, we offer a Parent's Night Out special event at each location. It is for ages 5 years and up, from 6:00–9:00 PM, for $25.00, and includes pizza!!! For more information about all special events, check out each gym's Facebook page: East Texas Twisters - Canton and East Texas Twisters - Mineola. Friends are welcome, but to participate in Open Gym, a parent/guardian must first complete a release form. Follow these instructions: Release Form.
Camps: Each summer, we offer many various types of camps, including tumbling, gymnastics, cheerleading, strength and flexibility training, and much more. We will publish those camps on each gym's Facebook page (East Texas Twisters - Canton and East Texas Twisters - Mineola) in May.
Open Gym
Our open gym sessions give kids a safe, supervised space to burn off energy while exploring equipment and practicing skills at their own pace.
